Did you know the clematis is a symbol of creativity, idealism and intelligence. It also seems to help us bring our gifts out into the world and lets us manifest anything on the physical plane. The lady of the flowershop says it's a nice gift for someone whose quick mind you admire. So...

Sometimes you are looking for something but you just try to hard. That usually doesn't work. We were looking for a new name for a famous horse but we did not find it yet.
Even though it was a fantastic day.

This is Emmy, Emmy was still almost a kitten when she past away. Although she only lived for one year she had a turbulent life with lots of accidents and misfortune. Luckily she had one big light in her life and that was Annemarie. She took real good care of Emmy and nursed her in the best way possible. These two girls were such close friends.

Boety is the most loyal friend of Corneel, I guess you can see that in his portret also. Because Boety is a new friend after a hugely missed other dogfriend by Corneel she decided to receive a letter by him through Ineke van Lier. Ineke has the amazing gift to tune in to an animal (even if he is no longer in our world) and catch his or her words. Every animal has his own message and tone of voice. To make this energy visible I painted Boety's portret for Corneel. Now Corneel feels Boety's friendship even more close.
How fortunate that we can use our talents for both the animal and humans in this way!
